Shipping policy

Travel Totes offers FREE Standard Shipping (US Only) for all orders. Orders can be changed or cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order. Following this grace period, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please chat with a representative or email info@gotraveltotes.com.

Tracking numbers will be provided if available.

Orders require 24 hours to fulfill and will ship the next business day. Once shipped, they will arrive in 1-5 business days.

We cannot ship FedEx orders to standard PO Boxes. If your Post Office offers USPS Street Addressing for your PO Box, contact us before ordering. We may be able to ship to the Post Office street address if USPS confirms the service is active and the package meets size and weight limits.
