Travel Totes Shipping Policy
Travel Totes offers FREE Standard Shipping (US Only) for all orders. Orders can be changed or cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order. Following this grace period, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. If you would like to change or cancel your order please chat with a representative or email info@gotraveltotes.com.
Tracking numbers will be provided if available.
Orders require 24 hours to fulfill and will ship the next business day. Once shipped they will arrive in 1-5 business days.
We cannot ship FedEx orders to standard PO Boxes. If your Post Office offers USPS Street Addressing for your PO Box, contact us before ordering. We may be able to ship to the Post Office street address if USPS confirms the service is active and the package meets size and weight limits.

Travel Totes promises to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition, to your door. If, for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team.
To set up a return login to your account and click on the return link. Or to set up a general return please send an email to info@gotraveltotes.com. All returns must be set up within 30 days from the day you receive your product. A Travel Totes customer service representative will provide return shipping information. To receive a refund, please make sure of the following:
- All returned merchandise must be in un-used resalable condition
- All returns must be for paid-for items that were not received as part of a free product promotion.
- Must be in original packaging exactly as received.
- All items must be returned with a copy of the original emailed sales receipt
- Once the return is received, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.
