Refund policy
To set up a return, log in to your account and click the return link. Or to set up a general return, please email info@gotraveltotes.com. All returns must be set up within 30 days from the day you receive your product. To receive a refund, please make sure of the following:
- All returned merchandise must be in unused resalable condition
- All returns must be for paid-for items that were not received as part of a free product promotion.
- Must be in original packaging exactly as received.

Packages must be sent back at customer's expense via a traceable source. Ex: FedEx, UPS, USPS. Ship to: Kiddie Totes 3980 N Driftwood Ln, Cedar City, UT 84721.
- All items must be returned with a copy of the original emailed sales receipt
- Once return received, the cost of the product minus a 20% restocking fee will be refunded, allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.
